RICHMOND: Chesnok x Penny's Wine Dinner

Join me for a Georgian feast straight out of Chesnok at Penny’s Wine Shop! I will prepare a family-style dinner that will showcase some of my favorite foods from the region: everything from khachapuri (cheese bread) and khinkali (soup dumplings) to chakapuli (braised lamb with tarragon, white wine, and sour plums) and a honey cake so good it’s called “Ideal.” I’ll talk about the book and the inspiration behind it, as well as walk you through each of the 5 courses as they come out. Wine from the region, selected by Penny’s, will be poured throughout the evening. So come join me for a night of toasts, good home cooking, and even better company!

More details to come.
